In the year 2050, approximately one‑tenth of Japan lies beneath the sea, a result of global warming that has also submerged Tokyo. The disaster has crippled the Japanese economy, and the government is prepared to adopt any measure to revive the nation. Consequently, it establishes JESAS, a military foundation that harbors nefarious ambitions to dictate Japan’s future. JESAS is responsible for launching nuclear waste into outer space, and to safeguard its operations from foreign interference it develops the R.B. Robotic Weaponry system, which is piloted by operators guided by A.I. (Accurate Intuition). Opposite JESAS’s clandestine agenda stands the Green Frontier, a united protection agency formed to oppose the foundation’s illicit activities.
