Description
Based on Hotta Akio’s manga Flag!, which ran in *Young King* from 1992 to 1995, this OVA follows the chaotic everyday lives of three boys, Noboru, Akira, and Haruo, who inherit the flag of the well‑known local fugitive tribe called “Moonlight.”
