After former motorcycle gang leader Yajima Kintaro saves the life of the CEO of Yamato Construction, he is offered a position at the company. When a corrupt faction within the firm attempts to seize control, Kintaro’s moral integrity and physical prowess prove more valuable to the CEO than anticipated. As he climbs the corporate ladder, he confronts a variety of challenges, from clashes with Yakuza bosses to averting a tunnel collapse. The question remains: can an uneducated, rowdy man succeed as a salaryman?
