School Rumble: Ichi Gakki Hoshuu is a two‑episode OVA that serves as a collection of short stories linked to the main School Rumble series. It adds new material that fits between the early episodes and almost the finale of the original series. In the first episode, titled “Smile, Please! / Mammoth, Yum! / May I Fall in Love?”, Yoshidayama continues his climb to the top of the bad‑boy rankings, Imadori attempts to touch a tomboy, and Harima tries his hand at prehistoric heroism.
