Haruka Tsuchiya is an ordinary university student who owns a pet named Okojo‑san. Okojo‑san, born in the northern mountains, was brought to a pet shop where it was set to be sold. Determined to escape, Okojo‑san devises a plan that ultimately leads it into Haruka’s home. Around the pair, comical and bizarre incidents constantly occur, involving both people and animals. The series is a gag anime that revels in absurdity.
