The third season of Koihime Musou follows Han’s high‑court general Kashin (何進) after she is forced to swallow a cursed pill given by Chou Jou. The potion slowly turns her into a cat, a transformation she despises. Using the emperor’s name, Chou Jou accuses her of treason and expels her from the Han court. During her escape she meets Kada, who brings her to Touka Village, believing the villagers will be able to help her.
