Description
Slippy Dandy is a collection of shorts that showcases farcical heists in a style reminiscent of Cat's Eye. The blonde photographer Audrey pursues the thief known as Slippy Dandy, unaware that he is actually Steve, a young college student who secretly idolizes her from afar. The series aired as part of the variety show Midnight Treasure Chamber and was deliberately produced in an “American” aesthetic, featuring vivid colors and exaggerated sound effects reminiscent of the 1960s television Batman.
