Description

In a remote corner of the world, on the edge of No Man’s Land, sits Clocktower Fortress, home to the 1121st Platoon of the Helvetian Army. Their newest member is a 15‑year‑old volunteer, Kanata Sorami, who has enlisted to learn how to play the bugle. As a child, Kanata was rescued by a beautiful soldier whose clear, golden trumpet sounded like a beacon of hope. That moment sparked her passion for music, and she has devoted herself to mastering the bugle ever since. As the platoon trains her in both music and military duties, Kanata’s unwavering optimism inspires her comrades to find moments of happiness and beauty even amid the bleak reality of war.
