Description
Miss China, a young Chinese woman, runs a restaurant in England. Two of her boarders, Dr. Breckenridge and Jim, live in the upstairs unit. Although they pay little rent, they spend all their money on extravagant inventions. Their latest project, a device that can transport people to the moon, has no one believing in its feasibility, so they set out to devise a way to prove it works.
