Description
This prequel to Street Fighter Alpha follows Ryu as he returns to honor his deceased mentor while being haunted by memories of the man who killed him. In his quest to become a true martial arts master, Ryu trains his street‑fighting skills and seeks to free himself from the dark legacy of the Dark Hadou. The ultimate test of his newfound power comes only in a final, fateful confrontation with his arch‑nemesis, Gouki. The anime was produced exclusively for the English‑language market and was not released in Japan until it appeared as a bonus feature on the DVD of Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun‑Li.
