Description
During the 1940s, Earth is attacked by an alien force called the Neuroi, causing widespread devastation. In response, a man invents the Striker unit, a weapon that amplifies magical power and enables flight through two mechanical lower‑leg coverings that function like a witch’s broom. Young witches from around the world are gathered to fight the Neuroi in the organization known as Strike Witches. Though the inventor was believed to have been killed during service, his daughter leads a relatively normal life while possessing untrained, incredible magical power that she hopes to use one day for healing.
