Description
Dr. Oki, a genius scientist who designed a new type of submarine, has gone missing. His son, Susumu, senses an evil plot by an unknown group. Susumu knows every detail of his father's submarine, the Super 99, its equipment, weapons, functions, and capacity. He believes that locating his father will expose the secret organization known as the Helmet Party and halt their conspiracy. With the help of his friends and the Marine Corps, Susumu embarks on an underwater quest, unaware of the danger that lies ahead.
