Commercial web animation produced for the Nissan Note. Though it is a commercial, the narrative stands on its own: it opens with a little girl repeatedly asking everyone what “Teinenpi” means, a kanji term that translates to “low fuel cost.” The animation parodies the classic 1974 anime *Heidi*, directed by Satoshi Fumihara, who is also known for the gag series *The World of Golden Eggs*. Junichi Koumoto lends his voice to several characters, including Heidi’s grandpa, Peter, Kurara, and even the sheep.
