The Sukkiri Crawlers is a promotional short created in partnership with Nippon Television Network Corporation’s information program “Sukkiri!” to coincide with the release of the film “The Sky Crawlers.” The one‑minute segment aired during “Sukkiri!” up until the day before the movie’s premiere, following characters modeled on the program’s hosts, Koji Kato, Terry Ito, and Elaine Hayama, who explore the film’s universe and introduce its setting and cast. The segment also features aphorisms from Shuji Terayama, Mamoru Oshii, and others. All episodes are available on the Blu‑ray Collector’s Edition bonus DVD 3.
