Description
The OVA opens with a recap of the Transformers’ arrival on Earth and the tale of Devastator, before launching into its own storyline. The Autobots are shown building the powerful “Scramble City,” a project overseen by their newest member, Ultra Magnus. When the Decepticons discover the city, they deploy their combiner robots to strike, sparking a fierce battle between the two sides.
