Description

In a town that has become submerged, an old man survives by building successive levels of brick onto his home to stay above the rising water. One day he accidentally drops his favorite pipe into the lower, flooded floors of his house. Determined to retrieve it, he rents scuba‑diving gear and descends into the water‑filled rooms. As he explores each submerged level, memories of the past surface, revealing the man's life through the rooms he once called home.
