Description
Dr. Tatsunoko of the Tatsunoko Research Center dives underwater with his daughter Asari to investigate mysterious radiation. They discover a gigantic shell, learning that the radiation comes from a globe housed inside it. Asari finds a compact-shaped object that contains a message, revealing that a space alien from the planet Parlum, on the brink of extinction, is trapped inside the globe. Suddenly, a boy with a strange appearance emerges from the globe and becomes frantic. He is the person described in the message, named Ace.
