Description
Ocean Waves follows the high‑school romance of Morisaki Taku and Matsuno Yutaka in Kochi, Japan. When Rikako Muto, a girl from Tokyo, transfers to their school, she initially keeps to herself, quickly earning a reputation as a snob. Taku, who has a crush on Rikako, feels jealousy as he notices her growing closeness with his best friend, Matsuno.
