Utsurun desu.

Utsurun Desu is an anime adaptation of Sensha Yoshida’s four‑panel gag comedy manga. The original series, celebrated for its nonsensical humor and a cast of off‑the‑wall characters delivering jokes that defied logic, ran in Shogakukan’s *Big Comic Spirits* from 1989 to 1994.
