Description

Visions of Frank is a collection of nine animated shorts inspired by Jim Woodring’s Frank comics. Each piece showcases a distinct visual style, ranging from computer‑generated CGI and traditional cel animation to stop‑motion and even sand‑painting techniques. The project brings together a diverse roster of creators: animators COCOA, Eri Yoshimura, Naomi Nagata, TAMAPRO/DROP, Taruto Fuyama, Masaki Maito, Kanako Kawagushi, and Masaya Sakaue; musicians Bill Frisell, Dame Darcy; and Woodring himself, who also contributes to the series.
