Description
Earth has been conquered by the malevolent Illumidus Empire, an occupation that mirrors the United States’ post–World War II presence in Japan. Captain Harlock, accompanied by a crew who will become his lifelong companions, launches a battle against the tyranny imposed upon Earth, disregarding the personal sacrifices that the struggle demands and driven solely by the desire to restore freedom to the planet’s inhabitants.
