Koua is an academy that brings together Japan’s most talented students and professionals. Its mission is to train these individuals to become future leaders of the world. Recently, the school has experienced a rising suicide rate, and very little information has been released to the public. Fujimiya Aya is dispatched to infiltrate the academy, posing as a teacher to conduct a criminal investigation. In reality, the academy is connected to the frequent global terrorist activities. To uncover the truth and investigate the incidents surrounding Koua, Persia assigns Hidaka Ken and Kudou Youji to join the mission.
