Description

In the near‑future, global warming has submerged most of Yokohama, leaving only the hills above the ocean. The once‑major Japanese city now feels like a small town, and the very existence of the island nation itself is threatened. Yet there is no sense of desperation, devastation, or hopelessness. Residents live relaxed lives, appreciating each other’s company and enjoying quiet, peaceful moments together. This is especially true for Alpha, a carefree young woman who runs Café Alpha. She delights in immersing herself in the beautiful nature surrounding her, and nothing is more precious to her than spending.
