FUKAZAWA Takeshi, a Japanese painter, visually interprets Honoré de BALZAC’s novel “La grenadière.” Over 70 tempera paintings are assembled by FUKADA Koji into a Ga‑nime that follows the story of a mother and her child in the 19th century. Music punctuates the entire experience, enhancing the narrative. Together, Fukazawa and Fukada recreate the ambiance of Balzac’s cherished mansion, inviting viewers to let their imagination and emotions be stirred by the artwork.
