The upcoming anime adaptation of Hiroshi Sakurazaka's 2004 sci-fi novel All You Need Is Kill has unveiled a new trailer, offering fans a glimpse into the reimagined storyline. Originally published in 2004 and later adapted into a Hollywood film in 2014, the novel's anime adaptation is set to premiere in Japanese theaters on January 9, 2026. The anime presents a fresh perspective by focusing on Rita, the legendary warrior known as the "Full Metal Bitch," as the central character. Ai Mikami voices Rita, with Natsuki Hanae voicing Keiji Kiriya, the protagonist. Studio4°C is handling the animation, directed by Kenichiro Akimoto. The trailer showcases the series' action-packed sequences and otherworldly visuals, building anticipation for its release.
