Dragon Ball Super: Beerus, An Enhanced Remake

The first major announcement was Dragon Ball Super: Beerus, described as an "ENHANCED edition" of the original Dragon Ball Super anime. Rather than being a simple remaster, this project reconstructs the series with higher-quality visuals, extensive new cuts, revised scenes, and updated audio to more faithfully reflect the original vision of creator Akira Toriyama.

The series is set to premiere in Fall 2026 on Japanese television. A launch trailer and promotional visuals have already been unveiled on the official Dragon Ball Super website.
