After a mysterious earthquake leveled Tokyo, Genom became a powerful influence, supplying artificial organic lifeforms called Boomers to rebuild the city and serve as a labor class for humanity. However, some Boomers occasionally run amok, and even the specially created AD Police struggle to contain them. Lina Yamazaki travels to Tokyo for employment and hopes to join the vigilante group Knight Sabers, who pilot powered suits to destroy these rogue Boomers.
