Description
Ryo Saeba, known as the City Hunter, works as a private detective in Tokyo. Together with his sidekick Kaori Makimura, he is hired by actress Emi Makaze to locate her long‑lost brother. The brother turns out to be a delusional ex‑soldier called The Professor, who plans to destroy the Shinjuku district. Kaori is tasked with guarding Emi, but both of them become entangled in the Professor's plot. Ryo must rescue them and prevent downtown Tokyo from being devastated.
