Denshinbashira no Okaa-san ／ Denshinbashira no Okāsan ／ The Telegraph Pole Mother ／ 電信柱のお母さん

Description

It would be hard to imagine a mother who looks like a telegraph pole, but that is exactly the premise of this unique film. In the story, a telegraph pole uses cables in place of arms and legs to raise her child, creating a charming and unusual image. The producer’s spirit in turning such a wild idea into a film is also endearing.
