Description
A virtual world called the Digital World was created by a contemporary network. Within this world, digital life forms known as Digital Monsters were born, and the host computer Yggdrasil governed the various regions of the Digital World. Yggdrasil, however, developed the X Program of fear, designed to eliminate all Digimon from the old world and establish a new Digital World that would contain only select Digimon. Now the greatest crisis ever approaches. The X‑Digimon, a new type of Digital Monster, is hunted by the Royal Knights who protect the Digital Worlds. Their master, Yggdrasil, seeks to launch Project Ark to renew the Digital Worlds and create new Digimon, but at the cost of all other digital life.
