Arale and her friends discover a World Grand Prix organized by the Radial Kingdom, where the prize is either marrying Princess Front, a dead‑ringer of Ms. Yamabuki, or a million dollars. Naturally they enter for the money, while Dr. Mashirito seeks the princess and will stop at nothing to win.
