Description
Shinjuku, 1979. Akutsu Shōji, a member of the Kaeda Yakuza gang, is beaten in a brawl with a university cheering squad and begs for forgiveness with bitter tears. From that moment, nothing goes well for Shōji. Ten years later, in 1989, his friend is ordered to kill him; as Shōji escapes, he takes his own life, ending his miserable existence. But when Shōji wakes, he is back in 1979, at the same fight with the university students that set everything into motion. Armed with ten more years of memories and experience, Shōji now defends himself against the students with newfound spirit and wisdom. He vows to wear a gold emblem around town and begins his life anew.
