Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu: Waga Yuku wa Hoshi no Taikai

The film adapts an anecdote from Tanaka Yoshiki’s “Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu” and serves as a prelude to the 110‑episode TV series. It depicts the initial meeting between the ambitious young officer Reinhard von Museal, who fights under the imperial banner, and the reluctant Yang Wenli, a representative of a corrupt democratic regime. Set in a richly imagined future, the narrative explores how heroes are forged through this first encounter.
