Description
Five youths from Edo City explore a strange rocky island and uncover a series of mecha that Doctor Hoarai had built to defend Earth from an impending attack by subterranean rock‑people. Though the scientific community ridiculed his predictions, Hoarai had transferred his consciousness into a computer after his death. The teens decide to join him, piloting the machines to protect Earth, and thus the Gowapper 5 Godam team is formed. Led by Yoko Misaki, the group, together with the giant combat robot Godam, confronts the hordes of the inhuman subterranean people.
