Himawari Hinata has recently transferred to Shinobi Gakuen to train to become the best kunoichi she can be. She has aspired to be a ninja ever since she was rescued by one when she was a child. On her first day, she encounters Hayato Madenokoji, a new transfer teacher who saves her life. Although he possesses no ninja skills or traits, he teaches the students about ordinary society to repay a debt. Himawari notices that he bears the same mark on his neck as the ninja who saved her when she was young.
