This short film, which was screened exclusively at the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka, is set in the enigmatic world of Iblard, envisioned and illustrated by Naohisa Inoue. In the city where Nona lives, a Time Bureau monitors how its citizens use their time, intervening with those who waste or misuse it. Unable to endure this surveillance, Nona leaves home and encounters a mysterious woman named Ninya, beginning a new life on her farm. One day, he trades vegetables for a seed of a star and decides to plant it.
