Description
An unemployed man stumbles upon a flyer that seeks investors willing to put up 10 yen each to raise a sunken ship. Unable to gather even enough money to buy a 10‑sen bottle of shochu, he sees the opportunity as far beyond his reach. That evening he passes a bar, is lured inside, and drinks himself to sleep. When he awakens, he realizes he is at the bottom of the sea. There he meets a samurai who is initially suspicious of him, but after learning the man is Japanese, they join forces to hunt for treasure. Almost immediately, they discover the sunken ship Mononai‑go. What will become of them?
