Description

Joseito is a Kaku Nime production that adapts Dazai Osamu’s hidden masterpiece, “School Girl.” Set on a bright summer day, the story vividly portrays the trembling emotions inside a girl, rendered through Dazai’s distinctive style. It takes the form of a girl speaking to herself, a concept introduced by Motosaku, a fellow Dazai fan. The themes are designed to resonate with the hearts of modern girls, presenting a fresh literary challenge in Dazai’s repertoire.
