Reinya works at a convenience store, but she is actually the Phantom Thief Reinya. With her assistant Chuutarou, she plans heists targeting gold treasures from a secret hideout located beneath the store. Their plans are constantly thwarted by an incompetent trio of law‑enforcement officers, a perverted police inspector, an airheaded policewoman, and a detective infatuated with Reinya, who operate from the police station next to the convenience store.
