Description
Arrietty is a tenacious 14‑year‑old who lives with her parents in the hidden recesses of a suburban garden home, unseen by the homeowner and the housekeeper. Like all little people, she remains invisible except for occasional covert trips through the floorboards to “borrow” items such as sugar cubes from her human hosts. When a 12‑year‑old boy named Shō stays in the house and discovers his mysterious housemate one evening, a secret friendship begins to grow. If their relationship were exposed, it could force Arrietty’s family from the house and place them in danger.
