Someone has sent orders to assassinate Lupin! Will he survive the attempt? Inspector Zenigata, who had been chasing Lupin, is reassigned to dismantle the international weapons syndicate Shot Shell. Lupin the Third, determined to help the old man reclaim his former role, joins forces with Zenigata. To infiltrate Shot Shell, the gang commandeers a nuclear Russian submarine and enlists a nuclear physicist named Karen, who watches Lupin’s partner Jigen with suspicion. Adding to the danger, Zenigata’s Interpol successor is an assassin whose mission is to eliminate the entire Lupin Gang.
