Description

From the outset, viewers see that Nishi is a timid, unsuccessful young man who cannot bring himself to rescue his childhood sweetheart from a gang of criminals. When a soccer‑playing psychopath shoots him in the butt, Nishi is thrust into an afterlife limbo where a rapidly changing series of characters, God, advises him to walk toward the light. Instead, he runs in the opposite direction. Upon returning to Earth, he is transformed, resolved to live every moment to the fullest.
