Description
A variety of patients with distinct issues seek help in the psychiatric ward of Irabu General Hospital. Among them are a trapeze artist plagued by insomnia after a sudden failure in his jumps, a gangster terrified of knives and sharp objects, and a businessman suffering from a constant erection. Their treatment is led by Dr. Ichiro Irabu, a childlike son of the hospital director. His assistant, nurse Mayumi, has a sullen, alluring demeanor. Through mysterious injections and seemingly nonsensical advice, Dr. Irabu confuses his patients, yet his unconventional methods ultimately lead them to explore their inner selves in search of peace of mind.
