For many years, Ex‑Marine Lieutenant Randolph has led a troupe that stages plays aboard his ship. After losing his family to pirates, Randolph uses his performances to give courage to those who have also suffered such losses. Now that retirement is approaching, he is putting on one final show. When Luffy and his crew arrive to watch, they become involved in the play themselves. From Randolph’s past, however, a vengeful former subordinate, now a commander, has devised a diabolical plan to capture Randolph. Luffy and his nakama must prove that not all pirates are scum and protect Randolph’s farewell performance from the bitter commander.
