Description

Luffy and the crew arrive at the harbor of Anabaru, where a local casino is holding a competition: the first racer to reach the finishing line wins a huge monetary reward. Nami, excited, decides to enter. However, a conspiracy lurks behind the event, orchestrated by ex‑military commander Gasparde, who plans to lure all the pirates to a military base and send them to their deaths.
