Description
Ookina Furudokei (1973) is the second release of the Japanese version of the 1876 American song “My Grandfather’s Clock,” composed by Henry Clay Work. It was broadcast on NHK’s Minna no Uta program and performed again by Sumito Tachikawa and the Nagato Miho Kagekidan Jidou Gasshoudan (Miho Nagato Opera Children’s Choir). This rendition featured animation created by Yoshiyuki Takeguchi.
