Description
Dr. Octo, a researcher of octopuses, believes that the eight‑legged creatures are a superior species and plans to conquer the world. To execute his scheme, he kidnaps idol singer Sumire Hoshino, also known as Perman #3. Mitsuo Suwa, who is Perman #1 and unaware of his partner’s true identity, is deeply fond of the idol and, outraged, transforms into his Perman form to rescue her. The battle against a colossal octopus proves far more challenging than anticipated. The film premiered simultaneously with Doraemon Movie 25: Nobita no Wan Nyan Jikuudeni and Doraemon Anniversary 25.
