Nakane Makoto, a first‑year student at Kamimori Academy in Harajuku, joins the drama club at the urging of his best friend, Wakabayashi. The club, however, is on the brink of disbanding. Saitou Koyuki, a fellow member from Makoto’s class, also shares his concerns. Meanwhile, Abegawa Nozomi, Makoto’s long‑time junior‑high companion who now attends a different class, seeks to launch a “study club.” Both clubs find themselves in trouble when the student council refuses to fund their activities for the year, and the day of the drama club’s performance approaches. Will the drama club survive this crisis?
