Description
This OVA continues the story from the previous film, following the ghost of Yat‑chan as he teaches a visiting Martian the rules of traffic safety. The Martian can see and converse with Yat‑chan’s spirit, and Yat‑chan vows to ensure the Martian does not meet the same fate that befell him.
