The SPT Layzner is a super‑powered, computerized Tracer robot, regarded as the strongest machine in the universe. The protagonist, Eiji, is the son of an Earthman and an alien from another world. When he discovers a plot to destroy Earth, Eiji teams up with his friends and the Layzner to defend his father’s planet and confront his mother’s homeworld, aiming to achieve peace across the cosmos. The story is set in an alternate 1996, a time when humanity has advanced enough to travel long distances through space.
